How do you verify the authenticity of the products?
Our team of experts inspects every garment to ensure it is an authentic Athleta product, checking labels, hardware, and fabric technology before it is listed on our site.
What is your return policy for pre-owned items?
To support our sustainability mission, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit only. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received with all Athleta Preloved tags attached.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Athleta Preloved only ships within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
