Returns & Exchanges

At Athleta Preloved, we stand by the quality of our curated second-hand gear and offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original received condition. Please note that while we accept returns for fit and style, all items must still have their Preloved authentication tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring all Athleta Preloved tags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
